Eligibility: The Year-End Pup of the Year Contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of ScrubAPupKuna and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Contest Period: The contest will begin on July 1 and end on July 8 at 11:59 PM EST.

How to Enter: Voting for the Year-End Pup of the Year Contest will take place on ScrubAPupKuna.com. Voters must visit the website and choose their favorite pup from the 12 finalists. There is no purchase necessary to enter the contest.

Winner Selection: The pup with the most votes at the end of the contest period will be declared the Year-End Pup of the Year and will receive a prize package worth $200. In the event of a tie, a winner will be chosen at random from the tied entries.

Prize: The Year-End Pup of the Year will receive a prize package worth $200, which includes a scrub a pup gift card. The prize is non-transferable and no cash equivalent will be given.

Winner Notification: The winner will be notified by email or phone within 5 days of the end of the contest period. The winner will have 7 days to respond and claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be selected.

Publicity: By entering the Year-End Pup of the Year Contest, you agree to allow ScrubAPupKuna to use your name and photo in promotional materials related to the contest.

General Conditions: ScrubAPupKuna reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond our control impairs the integrity of the contest. The contest is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

Release and Limitations of Liability: By entering the contest, you agree to release and hold harmless ScrubAPupKuna and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from your participation in the contest and/or your acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize.

Disputes: Any dispute arising from the contest will be resolved according to the laws of the state of Idaho without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
